Another vintage find! This super cool carved modernist penguin with brass beak and feet made of pine soft pine. Reminded me quite a bit of Hagenauer’s carved pieces. Love the sectioning of the different pieces of wood.

I have a thing for owls and was finally able to nab myself a blue enamel owl by C Jere. I was surprised at the beautiful detail and large size. I’m obsessed now and might have to get an orange owl friend for the opposite wall! Remember… BUY VINTAGE!
