Letterpress Business Cards Printed at the Gann Bros.

Printing new business cards up for my first First Thursday in the Pearl at the Gann Bros print shop across the street. So excited to finally have a use for hologram foil and split fountain neon rainbow! They ran them on their 2 Heidelberg Windmills in the shop. These guys are totally mesmerizing to watch. If you ever need a letterpress print job run in Portland, they are the guys to go to! Their shop is totally old school (in more ways than one).

Go Team COCO! Body and suit are made of 100% wool felt. Features black glass bead 3 button suit with white shirt collar and cuffs. Ties are hand painted on silk ribbon. Snake is hand painted with white on its belly, metallic green diamonds on its back and a red string tongue.

Conan is 15″ long x 4″ wide and Andy is 6.5″ tall x 7.5″ wide with 10″ long snake

Vintage Spotlight: Wooden Elephant Hidden Trinket Box

I recently found this super cute Elephant Trinket Box on my expeditions. It reminded me a lot of the animal boxes by Karl Zahn for Areaware.

His head opens up to reveal a little place to put small items. He has a mark on the bottom that I’ve not been able to find anything out about. Any guesses? I know it’s probably German.
